Who owns the custom tooling, films, and product artwork?

Your product design and confidential artwork remain yours. Production tooling and films are reserved exclusively for your orders; ownership depends on the NRE terms stated in the quotation. We never use customer-specific artwork for another client. If you require tooling transfer rights, let's state them explicitly in the PO before payment.
