Entrepreneurial Journey
In 1995 he resigned a public teaching post at a rural middle school and moved south to Guangdong. In 2009 he founded Dongguan Zhongjia Printing Co., Ltd. In the early years he carried engineering, planning and customer service himself, and the orders the company accepted then were often the ones nobody else would quote.
Professional Philosophy
A membrane switch is not only a technical part; it is the surface a person touches every day, so reliability and response are the minimum rather than a feature. He treats technology, process and staff skill as one system, and pushes development, process refinement and training together.
Management Philosophy
Since 2015 he has studied the management thinking of Kazuo Inamori at Shenghe Seminar and brought it into the company: raise employee welfare first, practise altruism, and run the business on visible data. The phrase he repeats most is “continuously engage in creative work”.
From a Rural Classroom to a Precision Printing Floor
The years after 1995 were spent learning manufacturing from underneath: tooling, scheduling, how PET and PC behave under heat, and the arithmetic of a delivery date that cannot move. Management experience came from doing the work, not from studying it.Dongguan Zhongjia Printing was registered in 2009. What the company sold in those first years was not capacity, it was willingness — to take the specification other suppliers had declined, and to finish it.That is still the reason most of the first accounts still buy from us. Trust in this industry is not won by a brochure; it is won by the third delivery arriving on the date that was promised.
