Detail Information

Custom Etched Metal Nameplates Built Around Your Product

This oval metal nameplate is produced by chemical etching, so the logo, text and serial data are formed into the metal itself rather than printed as a layer on top. The markings stay sharp and readable after years of handling, cleaning and outdoor exposure, which is why etched plates remain the default choice for equipment identification, appliance branding and asset tagging.

Every plate is made to order. Send us your artwork or a sample, and we match the outline, oval ratio, hole layout, surface finish and colour fill to your housing design instead of asking you to adapt to a stock size.

Why Buyers Choose Our Etched Nameplates

Four reasons this plate keeps its look and its hold long after printed labels fail.

Permanent Markings

Etching removes metal to form the graphic, so the legend cannot peel, fade or rub off. Plates resist oil, solvents, UV and daily abrasion in industrial service.

Fine Detail, Premium Feel

Etched lines stay crisp on small logos and fine text. Brushed, mirror, matte and sandblasted finishes give real metal depth that lifts the perceived value of your product.

Secure, Stable Mounting

Screw holes are positioned to your drawing so the plate sits flat and stays put under vibration, heat cycling and repeated cleaning.

Made-to-Order Flexibility

Outline, size, thickness, hole pattern, finish, colour fill and serial numbering are all customised per design, with OEM and ODM support from prototype to volume.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you need to start a custom nameplate project?

Vector artwork is preferred, but a drawing, photo or physical sample is enough. We return a production drawing with outline, hole positions and finish for your approval before tooling.

Can you add serial numbers or variable data?

Yes. Sequential serial numbers, batch codes, QR codes and asset IDs can be etched or laser marked on each plate, so every unit stays traceable.

Can we approve samples before mass production?

Yes. Samples are made on the same process as volume parts, so you can check appearance, thickness, hole alignment and fit on your housing before release.

Can the plate use adhesive instead of screw holes?

Yes. Screw holes, slots, countersunk holes, high-bond adhesive, rivets and magnetic backing are all available. We recommend the option that suits your surface and service conditions.

Need a Nameplate That Matches Your Product?

Send us your artwork or a sample plate, outline dimensions, hole positions, target quantity and service environment. Our engineers will come back with DFM feedback, material recommendations and a quotation.
