Beyond Supply

Become a sourcing partner that protects your cost, quality and lead time
SOURCING RISKS 01

On-Time Delivery Risk

Capacity conflicts and multi-process subcontracting can quietly extend lead times, holding up your assembly line and missing shipment windows even after the PO is confirmed.

OUR SOLUTIONS 01

Guaranteed On-Time Delivery

Your lead time is locked at quotation and protected by in-house capacity planning with multi-line backup. Every PO runs on a visible milestone schedule — materials, production, QC and shipping — with proactive alerts before anything can slip.

SOURCING RISKS 02

Batch Consistency Risk

A perfect first sample doesn't guarantee repeat orders. Unstable processes drift in dimensions, color and tactile feel across batches, triggering incoming rejections and line stoppages.

OUR SOLUTIONS 02

Batch-to-Batch QC Standard

Documented IQC, IPQC and OQC gates, sealed first-article samples and SPC process controls govern every batch. Inspection reports and material certificates ship with the order, so repeat units match the approved sample in dimensions, color and feel.

SOURCING RISKS 03

Hidden Cost Risk

Low headline quotes often conceal tooling fees, surcharges and MOQ traps; material and freight fluctuations then land as unplanned costs that break budget control.

OUR SOLUTIONS 03

Transparent All-In Quotation

One itemized quote covers tooling, unit price, packaging, freight and terms before you commit — no mid-project surcharges. Cost drivers are explained up front, and DFM engineers show where design changes can cut price without touching function.

SOURCING RISKS 04

Communication Gap Risk

Rotating contacts, time-zone gaps and slow engineering feedback stretch every decision — drawing changes and quality claims take weeks instead of days, inflating coordination costs.

OUR SOLUTIONS 04

Dedicated Account Team

A named account manager owns your order end to end, backed by one fixed engineering contact. Same-day technical response, scheduled progress updates and direct quality-claim handling replace rotating handoffs and ticket queues.

Four Core Products We Manufacture

The four product lines can be supplied independently or combined into a complete HMI module, with one engineering team coordinating structural and process consistency.

Membrane Switch

A key control interface formed by overlay, circuit layers, spacer, and adhesive. Metal domes can be added for tactile snap, with optional light-transmission windows and backlighting.

Flexible Printed Circuit

Conductive circuits carried on a flexible substrate, with bendable routing for compact assemblies. Often combined with membrane switches and touch panels as an integrated HMI module.

Electronic Nameplate

Precision-printed nameplates for equipment branding, ratings, and enclosure panels, with brushed metal, matte, gloss, and other surface effects plus customized adhesive options.

Touch Panel

A touch interface panel for display equipment, with customized outline dimensions, screen-printed borders, and tail positions based on the assembly structure, co-designed with the display module.
