Custom Tactile Film Control Panel with Sealed Overlay and FPC Tail
This custom tactile film control panel is a flexible membrane switch keypad engineered for industrial control equipment. The black PET face panel carries clearly printed numeric and function keys plus an LED status window, while the double-layer flexible conductive circuit inside closes the contact at every press and sends a clean trigger signal to your main board.
The one-piece flat FPC tail with plug-in terminal connects directly to the controller, so there is no soldering or extra wiring on site. Fully sealed against dust, water and oil, the thin panel conforms to flat or slightly curved surfaces, and every detail, from key count and legends to pin definition, backlighting and embossed keys, can be customized to your device.
