Can production start immediately upon sending a bank remittance slip?

Thank you — the remittance copy is received. We can start document and material preparation, but irreversible production begins after the funds are credited to our company account and the artwork is approved in writing. International T/T normally takes a few business days; I'll confirm immediately when the bank posts it.
