Can we pay via Open Account (OA) after receiving goods?

For a first custom order, open-account payment after receipt isn't available because the product cannot be resold to another customer. We can use Alibaba Trade Assurance, or standard 30% deposit and 70% before release. After a stable order history and credit review, longer terms can be reviewed internally.
