Will prototype samples use the same materials as mass production?

Yes. Functional samples use the same approved overlay, circuit ink, adhesive and assembly process planned for production. If any temporary prototype method is used — such as laser cutting instead of a steel die — we will state it clearly on the sample report. Mass production starts only after your written sample approval.
