This custom die cut gasket is precision-cut to seal the mating face between a body-mounted automotive sensor and the vehicle shell. It is engineered for front and rear bumper radar sensor brackets, surround-view cameras and millimetre-wave radar mounts, where the sensor cavity has to stay dry, clean and mechanically stable for the whole vehicle life. Microcellular foam compresses to fill every tolerance gap and blocks high-pressure wash water, dust and grit, while the automotive-grade adhesive keeps the part located on the bracket. As a one-stop OEM/ODM die cutting manufacturer, we coordinate the foam grade, thickness, adhesive, pull tab and locating notch with your sensor drawing. The easy-pull tab and asymmetrical locating notch let an operator position the gasket with one hand and peel the liner without tools, which shortens line cycle time and prevents wrong orientation during total assembly. Foam hardness, thickness, die-cut outline and liner format can all be adapted to your sealing and NVH targets. One die cut foam part that seals, damps vibration and speeds up automotive sensor assembly. Closed-cell foam plus a full-perimeter adhesive bond stop high-pressure wash water, dust and grit from reaching the sensor cavity. Compressible PORON or EPDM foam absorbs body vibration and suppresses resonance rattle around the sensor bracket and shell. A pull tab and asymmetrical locating notch let one operator align and apply the gasket with a single hand, with no tools. Low-VOC acrylic adhesive and foam selected for -40 °C to +105 °C duty, with permanent compression set under 5%. Eight technical parameters to judge whether this gasket fits your sensor application. Can the gasket be die cut to our own sensor bracket drawing? Yes. Send us the 2D or 3D drawing and we will die cut the outline, inner hole, easy-pull tab and locating notch to match your bracket, then supply samples so you can verify fit, sealing and assembly before mass production. Will the adhesive hold at engine-bay and bumper temperatures? Yes. The solvent-free modified acrylic PSA and the selected foam are rated for -40 °C to +105 °C continuous duty, with short-term peaks up to +125 °C, and the bond keeps its shear strength through thermal cycling and humidity ageing. Can you supply the gaskets on rolls for automated assembly? Yes. The parts can be die cut on rolls or in sheets with a release liner, in the pitch, winding direction and tab orientation your line requires, so operators or automatic feeders can apply them without extra handling. What information do you need for an accurate quotation? Please share the gasket drawing or sensor mounting face dimensions, your preferred foam grade and thickness, adhesive and liner requirement, target sealing or NVH performance, plus annual volume and delivery schedule. Send us your sensor bracket drawing, mounting face dimensions, target sealing and NVH requirements, operating temperature and annual volume. Our engineers will review the die-cut design, recommend the foam grade and adhesive system, and return DFM feedback with a quotation.Automotive Sensor Die Cut Gasket Manufacturer
